COPY OF INSURANCE POLICY
I need a copy of the HOA's insurance. Where can I get that? Documents like the Association's master policy and other key community instruments can be found on the online portal. RESALE PACKAGES
I need a resale package, where do I get it? All resale package requests can be made via www.homewisedocs.com. Owner will need to set up an account to order the resale package.

What holidays are you all closed? Our offices are closed on all Federal holidays, including the day after Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve, and New Years Eve. Wanna stay in the know? Your Owner Portal has a feature allowing you to opt into automated reminders for such calendar events as board meetings, annual meetings, social events and, alerts! An alert may include an emergency parking restriction or water shut-off notice or a more serious crime alert.
Subscribe to automated reminders by visiting the My Profile section of Account Info. Opt for email reminders of from 1 to 10 days prior to each event (suggest 1 day for Alerts).
While in that section, please review your contact information and decide whether you want your phone number and/or email address to appear in a community directory.
